Per Diem LPN

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare team members. Qualifications: active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD test, and ability to meet physical requirements.
