Per Diem LPN

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assisting with activities of daily living, coordinating care with healthcare team, and performing additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications: active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical requirements. No weight restrictions.
