Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hampton Roads, VA, working on a Per Diem basis with competitive hourly pay of $37-$39. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications & Skills: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical requirements.
