Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care within their scope of practice, supporting patient well-being and facility operations. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately.Collect, document, and monitor patient information and condition changes.Provide wound care and patient education.Assist with activities of daily living as needed.Coordinate care with healthcare team members including nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility requirements. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license and minimum of 1 year facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD within the last year.Ability to meet physical demands of the role, with or without accommodations.
