Per Diem LPN

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area. Key responsibilities include providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating care with healthcare team members. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs. Qualifications and skills required are an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and recent PPD. Candidates must meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
