Per Diem LPN

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating care with healthcare providers. Qualifications: active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
