Per Diem LPN

Role Overview Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. This role involves providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, and documenting patient information. LPNs will monitor patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, provide wound care and patient education, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
