Per Diem LPN

Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, wound care, patient education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating with healthcare teams. Applicants must hold an active LPN license, have at least one year of facility-based experience, maintain current BLS/CPR certification, and have recent PPD testing. The role requires meeting physical demands, with or without reasonable accommodations.
