Per Diem LPN

Position Overview: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. The role involves providing skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living.
