Per Diem LPN

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Responsibilities include providing nursing care within scope of practice, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient condition, assisting with activities of daily living, coordinating care with healthcare teams, and performing additional duties based on facility needs. Requirements include an active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD testing, and the ability to meet physical demands of the role.
