Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positioned for per diem work in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.Collect, document, and monitor patient information, and report changes in patient condition.Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living as needed.Coordinate care with healthcare team members, including nurses and physicians.Perform additional duties based on facility needs. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license with a minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.Recent PPD test within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.
