About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing skilled nursing care in various healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information
- Provide wound care, patient education, and assist with daily activities
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation
Pay
Competitive pay of $37‑$39 per hour.
Schedule
Per diem role with flexible scheduling and full‑time hours available; same‑day or next‑day pay options.
