Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a Per Diem basis in Hampton Roads. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.Administer medications and treatments.Collect and document patient information.Perform wound care and patient education.Monitor and report changes in patient condition.Assist with activities of daily living as needed.Coordinate care with healthcare team members.Perform additional duties based on facility requirements. Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license.Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.Current BLS/CPR certification.PPD within the last year.Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
