Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem staffing in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, monitor patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate care with healthcare team members. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements.
