Per Diem LPN

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, monitoring patient condition, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with healthcare providers. Qualifications: active LPN license, minimum one year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical requirements.
