Per Diem LPN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA. Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, provide wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare teams, and perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD test, and ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
