Job Summary
Lab instructor of Doctor of Physical Therapy program courses.
Essential Functions
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills related to the teaching of adults, teaching methodology, curriculum development and evaluation.
- Plan and provide theoretical instruction and clinical or laboratory experience that reflect and understanding of the philosophy, objectives and curriculum of the PTRS degree or certificate programs.
- Evaluate student achievement of curricular objectives/outcomes.
- Maintain communication with the course and program director(s) regarding any course or student issues.
- Commitment to actively advancing physical therapy education and practice. Alignment with the mission and direction of the PTRS Department.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, Kinesiology.
Physical Demands
- Sitting at a desk/table
- Standing, walking
- Bending, crouching, stooping
- Lifting demands ≤ 25lbs

Additional Information
- This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt.
- The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
