Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion medications safely and effectively at patients' homes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support overall patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Exercise clinical autonomy to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license in practice state.
• At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within large geographic areas.
• Ability to perform multiple patient visits weekly, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
