Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

About the role

Deliver care in patients' homes to improve health outcomes by safely administering specialty medications, including IV infusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications in patients' homes.
• Partner with care teams to support holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Make clinical decisions independently to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
• Willingness to do multiple patient visits, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Experience in infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy.
