About the role
Join a specialty pharmacy team to provide patient-centered care in home settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, safely and effectively
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
- Serve as the primary contact for care coordination and patient updates
- Exercise clinical autonomy to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in practice state
- At least 2 years of RN experience, with 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare
- Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large region
- Ability to conduct multiple patient visits, including some evenings and weekends
Preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion programs
