Per Diem / Flex Security Agent

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer who thrives on adaptability and embraces change. This role varies daily, requiring agility and precision in customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

Pay

$19.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

On-call; days and shifts may vary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Cover locations in Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, and Middlesex counties
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Valid NJ SORA license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
