Flex Surveillance Security Agent

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer with sharp observation skills and attention to detail. This role involves monitoring environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses to spot threats before they escalate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Manage access control and perform patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Provide first aid and coordinate with emergency teams during incidents.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
