Flex Security Agent

About the role

Surefox North America Inc is a veteran-owned company dedicated to fostering a diverse and skilled workforce. We are currently seeking experienced Flex Security Agents to support our Surefox programs.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing requirements at multiple Surefox locations during shortages
• Staff various positions as required, including Resilience Officer, Incident Commander, Mobile Residential Security Agent, and Residential Security Agent
• Work security at events as required
• Work weekends and holidays with limited notice, and during high need periods
• Work multiple shifts, including Days, Swings, and Graves
• Staff multiple office locations until permanent Resilience Officers or Incident Commanders can be hired
• Develop relationships with clients and collaborate with different departments
• Cooperate with security vendors or operations centers
• Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements
• Utilize basic electronic communications devices and perform security patrols
• Monitor entrances and exits, observe departing personnel, and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Provide assistance to employees and create a safe environment
• Attend project meetings to assess security implications of proposed changes

Requirements

• Highly motivated Security Professionals capable of working at multiple Surefox locations with minimal training and supervision
• Willingness to work Days, Swings, and Grave shifts
• Eligibility for employment within the United States
• A minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
• A valid and current driver license with a clean driving record
• Pass an extensive background check and drug screening
• Live within driving distance of San Francisco Bay Area or be willing to relocate
• A current BSIS guard card or eligibility to qualify for one
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
• Effective communication skills with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• The ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• The ability to work independently and as a team member
• Pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT) with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

• Security or law enforcement related experience preferred
• Military background is a plus
• Report writing experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid Training is preferred
