Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Totem Lake

About the role
This is a casual employee (per diem, hourly clinician) role requiring 16–24 patient care hours per week. You will see patients in Kirkland and may float to nearby clinics as needed.
- See patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Washington state.
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Board Certification.

Pay
The hourly rate for this role is $90.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be available for candidates exceeding specified qualifications.
