Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

This is a per diem, hourly clinician position focused on providing primary care services to diverse patient populations. The role involves seeing patients for acute, chronic, and wellness visits, conducting in-office procedures, and occasionally providing telehealth consultations. Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams is essential to ensure high-quality, human-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including acute and chronic illness management and preventive services
• Perform in-office procedures and utilize clinical training effectively
• Engage in daily team huddles and collaborate with virtual clinical staff
• Use technology efficiently to enhance patient care

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with national certification
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus additional relevant training in urgent or primary care
• Licensed to practice in the state of MA
• Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, adaptability, and a passion for human-centered care
