Responsibilities
- Conduct age-appropriate assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications
- Deliver family-centered education
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining patient safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with pediatric expertise
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to interpret diagnostic results
- Effective communication skills for family education
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a flexible, per diem schedule
