About the Role
This is a per diem, hourly clinician position providing primary care services in-office and via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver human-centered primary care to patients of all backgrounds
- Perform in-office and telehealth visits for a variety of health concerns, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits
- Collaborate with clinical teams through daily huddles and virtual communication
- Utilize clinical skills and perform procedures as appropriate
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) from an accredited program, licensed in MA
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year with additional fellowship or urgent care experience in the past 5 years
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with healthcare technology
- Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
