This position involves providing primary care to patients through in-office and telehealth visits, addressing a wide range of acute, chronic, and wellness needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing clinical expertise and performing in-office procedures when needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Current or ability to obtain Ohio licensure.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for patient care.
• Openness to feedback and ability to build relationships.
• Confidence in navigating uncertain situations.
