Per Diem Family Medicine Physician

About the role

This is a per diem, hourly primary care clinician position involving seeing patients with diverse needs through in-office and telehealth visits. The role emphasizes collaboration with in-person and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures, and maintaining licensure for virtual care in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct acute, chronic, and wellness visits, adapting to patient needs.
• Collaborate with team members via daily huddles and virtual channels.
• Utilize clinical skills for patient care and procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or MedPeds residency.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed in Washington or able to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Passion for human-centered care, effective communication, and technology use.
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care, adaptability, and team orientation.
