Per Diem Family Medicine Physician

About the Role

This is a per diem, hourly clinician position supporting primary care services in multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Providing acute, chronic, and well visits to a diverse patient population, both in-office and via telehealth.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams through daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures and treat a broad range of health concerns.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with a valid Connecticut license.

Pay

The hourly rate is $161.
