Per Diem Counselor, Student Health and Counseling Center
About the role
We are seeking qualified applicants to serve as per diem Counselors in the Student Health and Counseling Center. The Center is an integral part of the college community, providing both clinical and educational health services.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active caseload
- Conduct intake assessments
- Provide individual and relationship counseling
- Provide crisis intervention
- Make referrals to appropriate agencies when needed
- Maintain current clinical files
- Conduct family consultations when warranted
Schedule
The counselor will work variable office hours, including evenings and weekends, based on departmental needs. The work obligation for this position will be an average of 10 hours per week.
