Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Order Fulfillment to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, building, and loading orders in a high-volume warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

• Pick and build orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Load and stage products for delivery
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, rider jacks, pallet jacks)
• Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Work as part of a team to meet nightly production goals
• Auxiliary customer loading as needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
• Handle high-volume workloads (up to - 1,750 cases per shift during pear)
• Stand and move for 8+ hours on concrete floors
• Continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems
• Basic experience using smartphones or mobile apps

Preferred

• Warehouse, fulfillment, or labor experience
• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks
• Familiarity with scanning systems or warehouse software

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear
• Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly lift and/or move unaided up to 60 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds to lift or move objects with the aid of a manual lifting device
• Distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
