About the role
Warehouse Associate supporting inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch timelines.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and identify replenishment needs.
- Investigate damaged shipments, handle operational exceptions, and document shipment status.
- Support warehouse workflow, ensure inventory accuracy, resolve process issues, and maintain operational documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s in supply chain or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, safety practices, and operational reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
