Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization
Focuses on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP, providing recommendations and conclusions on the application of complex accounting guidance, preparing and reviewing financial reports, investigating and remediating financial discrepancies, and guiding clients through the IPO readiness journey.
Strategic Analytics & Planning
Provides strategic analytics and planning, performance measurement and management, and drives working capital disputes to favorable outcomes through settlement or arbitration.
Performance Measurement & Management
Guides team members in information gathering, ensures all relevant sources of information are pursued, leads client interviews, identifies knowledge gaps, and presents issues and opportunities clearly and concisely.
Business Transformation
Ensures improvement and value creation by identifying and addressing financial/accounting process inefficiencies, assessing organizational design, roles, and team, and promoting innovative thinking within the team.
Financial Reporting Advisory
Owns and completes workstreams related to financial reporting advisory services, sets and communicates client expectations, creates actionable plans, identifies risks and obstacles, and maximizes team member contributions.

- Data Collection, Validation and Analysis: Guides team members in information gathering, asks inquisitive questions, identifies knowledge gaps, and presents findings clearly and concisely.
- Project Management and Implementation: Owns and completes workstreams, sets and communicates client expectations, creates actionable plans, identifies risks and obstacles, and communicates timely with clients.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range is $175,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
