PEPI: Senior Director, CFO Services--Financial Reporting Advisory (OPEN TO ALL US LOCATIONS)
Liquidity & Working Capital Optimization
Focuses on maintaining up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP with a technical understanding of accounting changes, such as revenue recognition and lease transactions. Provides clients with recommendations and conclusions on the application of complex accounting guidance.
Prepares and reviews pre- and post-deal financial reporting (e.g., opening / closing balance sheets) to meet contractual/regulatory requirements without interruptions to the standard business process.
Investigates and remediate unexplained EBITDA volatility, unexpected financial results, or unreconciled accounts through advisory or interim management roles.
Guides clients through the IPO readiness journey by drafting SEC reporting and providing audit support.
Drives working capital disputes to favorable outcomes by managing the process through settlement or arbitration.
Strategic Analytics & Planning
Provides strategic analytics and planning to clients, focusing on areas such as liquidity optimization, performance measurement, and business transformation.
Performance Measurement & Management
Ensures that project approach, timeline, and deliverables are logical, reasonable, and accurate.
Identifies risks and obstacles early on, creates contingency plans, and communicates timely with clients.
Business Transformation
Guides clients through the IPO readiness journey by drafting SEC reporting and providing audit support.
Drives working capital disputes to favorable outcomes by managing the process through settlement or arbitration.
Project Management and Implementation
Owns and completes a workstream based on the pillars of services CFO Services provides.
Employ actionable plans (e.g., create initiatives to optimize working capital, instill a liquidity focused culture, improve transparency in processes and organizations).
Leadership
Leverages previous experience to guide and promote team to think innovatively.
Recognizes the current skill set of team members and maximizes their level of contribution.
Shares knowledge and experience, provides coaching to teammates.
Financial Acumen
Builds and reviews various financial models, provides valuable financial analysis, and evaluates accounting treatments.
Provides valuable insight and improvement initiatives to senior management and board members.
Pay
$175,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
Schedule
