PeopleSoft CRM Developer (Hybrid)
before sections. - Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance (appears multiple times). Should be included maybe in Requirements or as a note. Since it's a requirement, we can include in Requirements list. - Work Environment: Hybrid, on-site 2-3 days, Cristal City, Arlington, VA (DXC employee could be Remote). This is schedule/location info. Could be placed under a "Work Environment" heading? Not listed as allowed headings; allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work Environment could go under Schedule? Not exactly. Could be placed under "Schedule" if we interpret schedule includes hybrid. But schedule heading only if posting actually states them. It does state hybrid, on-site 2-3 days. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. - Responsibilities: many bullet points (actually sentences). We'll put each as
- .
- Requirements: list of requirements (citizenship, degree, 3+ years experience, PeopleTools skills, etc). We'll put as

- Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Employee wellness programs
- Life and disability insurance
- Retirement savings plan
- Paid holidays
- Paid time off
- Full-time hires eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program
- .
- Desired Skills: could be under Skills section. We'll put as
- under Skills heading.
- Additional Information: repeats clearance and work environment; we already have.
- Compensation: salary range $92,000 - $171,000. Also mention Full-time hires eligible for benefit program. Benefits: comprehensive flexible competitive benefits program includes health, dental, vision insurance; employee wellness; life and disability insurance; retirement savings plan; paid holidays; paid time off. Also mention work model etc. So we need Benefits section with those details. Pay section with salary range.
- Also mention "Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program." That's part of benefits.
- Also mention "At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections..." that's fluff but could be considered About the role? Might be considered boilerplate but it's about company culture. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under About the role? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The culture statement is somewhat generic but still specific to DXC. Could be considered About the role? Might be okay.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to cut out the large EEO paragraph, scam warning, disability accommodations, etc.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: responsibilities list, requirements list, desired skills, compensation range, benefits list, work environment/hybrid schedule, clearance, location.
We must not repeat the job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; but we can ignore.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
