Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define People Technology strategy and roadmap
- Track KPIs/OKRs related to tech adoption and data quality
- Own optimization and lifecycle management of Workday modules
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in People Tech
- Establish release management and change governance standards
- Translate business needs into product capabilities
- Manage data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in the Workday ecosystem with functional expertise
- Experience with at least 3 Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll)
- Proven ownership of systems from configuration to optimization
- Experience in complex, fast-paced project delivery
- Global HR systems support experience
- Knowledge of SOX compliance in public companies
