Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in recruitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
