Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process using AI tools
- Assist in analyzing resumes and responses
- Identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals
- Auxiliary role in final hiring decisions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
