People Systems Specialist (Analyst) - iTrent

About the role

As a People Systems Specialist (Analyst), you’ll be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of system and process solutions that comply with UK legislation, meet business requirements and align to an overarching Digital First strategy.

You’ll lead on ensuring our P&C, Learning and Engagement systems work effectively and collaborate with key teams like Payroll, IT and external suppliers to maintain and improve system functionality for our people.

We’ll also rely on you to act as a subject matter expert for MHR iTrent, our HRIS, including configuration, APIs and data mapping, workflows, access management, bug fixes and query resolution.

Providing advice and guidance on the best practice use of the MHR iTrent and identifying solutions to any problem that arises will be an important aspect of the role too.

And, when it comes to overseeing data entry, cleansing, import and export using system tools and data reconciliation to ensure all data held is accurate and up-to-date, again, we’ll count on you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on ensuring our P&C, Learning and Engagement systems work effectively

  • Act as a subject matter expert for MHR iTrent, our HRIS, including configuration, APIs and data mapping, workflows, access management, bug fixes and query resolution
  • Provide advice and guidance on the best practice use of the MHR iTrent and identify solutions to any problems that arise
  • Oversight data entry, cleansing, import and export using system tools and data reconciliation to ensure all data held is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

  • Proven relevant MHR iTrent experience
  • An expert understanding of transactional HR and Payroll processes
  • Strong analytical and business process knowledge
  • An attention to detail
  • The ability to work cross-functionally/divisionally with other teams and deliver on continuous improvement projects within an agreed timeframe
  • If you have automation and system configuration system integration (APIs) experience and/or familiarity with system implementations and data migration projects, even better, although these aren’t must haves

Qualifications

You should hold a relevant degree in a related field such as HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.

Pay

£53,040 to £60,752 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
