Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the SVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate and arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations; take notes and track follow-ups as needed
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the SVP
- Aid in special projects, research, and reporting as directed
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage administrative tasks to support executive efficiency
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Cook up and coordinate office vendors, supplies, and general workplace needs
- Support and/or supervise the reception area
- Afford assistance in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and company functions
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office experience for employees and visitors
HR Support & Projects
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed across functions
- Help maintain documentation, reports, and HR-related trackers
- Support special HR projects and ad hoc assignments aligned with departmental priorities
