Responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies on recruitment processes and metrics
- Generate and validate hypotheses regarding sourcing strategies and interviews
- Conduct mixed-method research to identify blockers in recruiting operations
- Lead studies on interview quality and other selection tools
- Establish a metrics framework defining key performance indicators for recruiting health
- Create analytical solutions that translate research insights into actionable plans
- Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in relevant fields such as I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Data Science
- Experience in selection research and recruiting funnel analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for statistical analysis and machine learning
- Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling with research findings
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder influence at all levels
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining analytical rigor
