Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research studies on recruitment processes and metrics
  • Generate and validate hypotheses regarding sourcing strategies and interviews
  • Conduct mixed-method research to identify blockers in recruiting operations
  • Lead studies on interview quality and other selection tools
  • Establish a metrics framework defining key performance indicators for recruiting health
  • Create analytical solutions that translate research insights into actionable plans
  • Create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to leadership

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in relevant fields such as I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Data Science
  • Experience in selection research and recruiting funnel analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for statistical analysis and machine learning
  • Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling with research findings
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder influence at all levels
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining analytical rigor
