About the role
This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute systematic research studies to answer questions about recruiting processes
- Generate and test hypotheses on sourcing strategies and interview design
- Conduct mixed-method research to identify drivers and barriers in recruiting operations
- Navigate research ethics considerations regarding candidate data
- Design validation studies to assess selection tool quality
- Utilize psychometric techniques to improve interviewer calibration
- Build compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate research findings
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Science, or related field
- Experience in selection research, assessment validation, psychometrics, or recruiting funnel analytics
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R, with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning
- Skilled in data visualization and storytelling with research findings
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to challenge assumptions with data and implement data-driven changes

$285,000 – $380,000 annually
