About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute systematic research studies on employee experience and organizational health
  • Generate and test hypotheses using experimental and quasi-experimental methods
  • Conduct longitudinal studies to track employee trends
  • Perform meta-analyses to identify industry best practices
  • Design and analyze employee listening programs and surveys
  • Translate survey findings into actionable organizational strategies
  • Build compelling visualizations and present research findings to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field such as I/O Psychology or Organizational Behavior
  • Experience with experimental design and hypothesis testing
  • Proficient in SQL and Python/R for statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of survey design and psychometric methods
  • Strong data visualization skills to communicate research findings
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate sensitive topics while maintaining analytical rigor
