People Ops - Dragonfly Portfolio
The Talent team at Dragonfly is seeking HRBPs, HR Ops, and People Ops professionals from all experience levels, backgrounds, and specializations to support the recruiting efforts of our portfolio companies.
About the role
We work with 160+ portfolio companies with $4B+ in assets under management, globally distributed across remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide, including DeFi, infrastructure, L1s and L2s, consumer apps, NFTs, ZK, Crypto x AI, and more.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment process for portfolio companies
- Connecting with potential candidates aligned with your background, skill set, and interests
- Facilitating warm introductions between you and portfolio company teams if there's mutual interest
- Keeping you top of mind for future opportunities
Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in crypto-related industries, but we welcome applications from all backgrounds.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and a passion for supporting talent development in the tech industry are essential.
Skills
Experience in HR, people operations, or related fields, knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, and strong networking and relationship-building skills are beneficial.
