This platform enables companies reliant on physical operations—such as agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—to leverage IoT data for actionable insights that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across industries that constitute over 40% of global GDP.About the Opportunity:The People Operations Specialist II role is integral to the People Operations team, focusing on enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. The position supports the scaling and development of people functions by executing HR actions, managing compliance, and partnering with various teams to improve operational effectiveness. This role contributes directly to sustaining a positive and efficient working environment within the organization.Responsibilities:Support employees across all employment lifecycle stages through Workday and ZendeskManage HR compliance reporting, including EEO-1, CA PDR, and Affirmative Action Plans filingsDevelop and maintain employee-facing knowledge resources using internal AI and productivity toolsParticipate in user acceptance testing for HR projects and system enhancementsPerform mass and complex data changes in Workday in collaboration with HR Centers of ExcellenceIdentify and implement cross-functional process improvements within the People teamPromote and embody the organization's cultural principles as the team scalesRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations within a fast-growing, global companyAt least 2 years supporting HR or workforce compliance activitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBasic understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and audit requirementsOperational experience with Workday HRISStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer service orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Skills:Experience with Google WorkspaceHR reporting and analytics capabilitiesApplication of AI or digital solutions in HR operationsStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience collaborating with Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, or Legal teamsPay Range and Compensation Package:Annual base salary: $79,045.75 to $106,280 USDEligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities based on performanceTotal compensation may include base salary, performance-based bonus or variable pay, and equity for eligible rolesBenefits & Perks:Comprehensive health insurancePaid maternity and paternity leaveFlexible, employee-led remote work modelProfessional development stipend Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
