About the role

Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm focused on leveraging technology to enhance workflow efficiencies. We provide comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients including depository and non-depository financial institutions, institutional investors, and commercial entities.

Responsibilities

  • Verifying proper service completion on first and amended complaints
  • Completing TLO searches to identify serviceable addresses
  • Preparing and filing Request for Judicial Intervention
  • Filing pleadings through E-Portal or physical email
  • Updating clients and updating the firm's case management system
  • Requesting and obtaining fee approvals
  • Scheduling hearings and coordinating with process servers
  • Obtaining quotes for publication costs
  • Corresponding with court-appointed representatives and clients
  • Preparing attorneys for surrogate court proceedings
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and vendors regarding specific pleadings
  • Ensuring all pleadings meet client requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with other duties and special projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems
  • Previous law firm or loan processing experience
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Proficiency with technology

Qualifications

  • Preferred minimum 1-2 years of foreclosure experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems
  • Previous law firm or loan processing experience
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Proficiency with technology

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
