The organization works alongside families, providers, and health plans to enhance existing care teams and improve access to quality care. 2. About the Opportunity:The People Operations Specialist supports People Operations by managing HRIS administration and payroll support. This role maintains employee data integrity, supports reporting and compliance programs, and acts as the primary backup for payroll processing, contributing to the smooth operation of HR functions. 3. Responsibilities:• Administer the HRIS, maintaining accurate employee data throughout the employee lifecycle.• Maintain organizational structures, job, compensation, and employee records.• Generate HR, payroll, and workforce reports and perform routine data audits.• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and support system enhancements and process improvements.• Serve as primary backup for payroll processing including preparation, validation, audits, and adjustments.• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies with Finance, managers, and employees.• Support compliance with wage and hour regulations.• Act as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and coordinate benefits administration.• Assist with benefits enrollments, life event changes, and terminations.• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.• Prepare HR correspondence and maintain personnel records.• Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and systems.• Support HR initiatives, compliance programs, and vendor platforms.• Assist with audits by preparing reports and maintaining confidentiality. 4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or related field.• Experience supporting payroll processing or serving as payroll backup preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
