- Administer and maintain employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and organizational documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a resource for hourly employees by providing guidance on Rippling, timekeeping, meal and rest break requirements, and wage and hour compliance.
- Support HR compliance activities, including audits, required postings, I-9s, document retention, and employment law requirements.
- Support workplace safety initiatives by administering safety training, tracking and reporting incidents, and following up on required compliance activities.
- Continuously improve People Operations processes by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and scale HR programs.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, people operations, or a related administrative role
- Background in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or other hourly/field workforce industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, effective content and communications
- Strong administrative skills - organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Rippling), Microsoft Office, Benefits Systems, Timekeeping applications, etc...
Bonus Skills
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification
- Experience supporting safety training coordination and incident tracking
- Prior experience in a high-growth or lean team environment
