About The Role

The role owns the day-to-day administration of people operations, onboarding, and employee experience programs. This position sits at the intersection of systems, compliance, and employee support, ensuring that all people processes scale efficiently as the organization grows. The successful candidate will manage critical HR workflows, optimize our internal tech stack, and act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. This role requires a data-driven approach to human resources and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycles, ensuring seamless transitions and complete compliance documentation.
  • Administer global HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and benefits platforms, keeping employee records accurate and up-to-date.
  • Cook up monthly payroll processing and benefits administration in partnership with finance and external brokers.
  • Resolve employee inquiries regarding policy, benefits, and workplace tools, maintaining a high SLA and positive employee feedback rating.
  • Generate and analyze people metrics reports, tracking trends in turnover, headcount, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Aid in the development and rollout of company-wide HR programs, including performance management, compliance training, and compensation reviews.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar human resources role, preferably within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday) and payroll management tools.
  • Solid understanding of US labor laws, benefit structures, and general HR compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential data with high integrity.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with global payroll expansion, PEO/EOR management (e.g., Deel), or holding an active PHR/SHRM-CP certification.
