We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company and role. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to parse content. Given posting: - Office Location: Lower Manhattan, NY (4 days per week in the office) -> schedule info: 4 days per week in office. That's schedule. - Company description: "Accrete builds Knowledge Engine products..." etc. That's about the role/company. - Role description: "As Accrete continues to scale, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to help build and maintain the people infrastructure..." That's about the role. - What You'll Do: sections: People Operations & Compliance, Benefits Administration, People Systems & Data, Employee Lifecycle. Those are responsibilities. - What We're Looking For: list of qualifications/experience. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 -> Pay. - Core Values & Expectations: maybe not needed as a section; could be part of About the role? But we can include as part of About the role or maybe separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Core Values & Expectations is content but not one of the prescribed headings. We could map to About the role or maybe Skills? Probably better to incorporate into About the role or maybe Skills? But we should stick to allowed headings. Could treat Core Values as part of About the role (description). Or we could create a separate section like "Culture" but not allowed. So we incorporate into About the role. - Company Benefits: list of benefits -> Benefits section. - Also Office Location gives schedule: 4 days per week in office -> Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: company description and role overview. Responsibilities: the "What You'll Do" bullet points (maybe grouped). Could be a list. Requirements: maybe the "What We're Looking For" (mandatory). Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Skills: maybe we can extract skills from requirements (strong knowledge, etc.) but we could also put skills separate. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But they are distinct headings. We need to decide if we have enough content for each. We have: - What We're Looking For: list of items (3–5 years experience, strong knowledge, deep experience, etc.) That's requirements. - Preferred Qualifications: list of items (experience in high-growth tech, etc.) That's qualifications. Skills: Could be derived from both but maybe we can create a Skills section summarizing abilities: analytical, organizational, communication, discretion, etc. However we might risk creating thin section if we just list a few items. But we have several skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to interpret complex requirements, ability to work independently, prioritize, high level of discretion. That's enough for a Skills section. Thus we can have: About the role: includes company description, role overview, office location maybe? But office location is schedule. Responsibilities: list of duties from What You'll Do. Requirements: list from What We're Looking For. Qualifications: list from Preferred Qualifications. Skills: list of skills extracted. Benefits: list from Company Benefits. Pay: Salary Range. Schedule: Office Location (4 days per week in office). We must not include boilerplate like equal opportunity etc. We must not include application instructions. We must not repeat job title. We must not include headings with filler. Now produce HTML. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must ensure we include all details from the posting. Let's extract details. This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility across benefits administration, People compliance, People Operations, and policy administration. That's about the role. People Systems & Data: - Maintain accurate employee information within the company's HRIS and related People systems. - Ensure employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, benefits changes, and offboarding, are completed accurately. - Build and maintain People reports and data used for headcount planning, benefits, compliance, and management reporting. - Identify opportunities to automate or streamline People processes as the company grows. - Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely People Operations. Employee Lifecycle: - Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant experience. - Oversee onboarding documentation, benefits enrollment, employment paperwork, and related processes. - Support leave administration and employee accommodations in partnership with appropriate internal and external resources. - Manage offboarding processes, including benefits termination, documentation, and coordination with Payroll and other stakeholders. That's responsibilities. Requirements (What We're Looking For): List each bullet: - 3–5 years of progressive People Operations experience, with significant hands-on responsibility across People Operations and compliance. - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Deep experience administering employee benefits and working directly with benefits brokers and carriers. - Strong understanding of areas such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO requirements, wage and hour regulations, leave administration, and employee classification. - Experience supporting People compliance across multiple jurisdictions and states, particularly New York and New York City. - Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment. - Strong understanding of People policies, documentation, recordkeeping, and employment practices. - Experience working with an HRIS and maintaining accurate employee data. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to interpret complex People and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business processes. - Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in a high-growth environment. - High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working in a high-growth technology, AI, SaaS, or venture-backed company. - Experience administering and improving employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other employee benefit offerings. - Experience supporting organizations through rapid headcount growth. - Experience partnering closely with legal counsel on employment matters. - Experience with Rippling or a similar modern HRIS/payroll platform. - Experience developing or improving People policies and compliance programs from the ground up. Skills: we can extract from requirements and maybe also from elsewhere. Skills list: - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to interpret complex People and regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business processes - Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in a high-growth environment - High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (maybe knowledge but could be requirement) But we already have that in requirements. Might duplicate. Better to keep skills as distinct abilities: analytical, organizational, attention to detail, communication, interpretation, independent work, prioritization, discretion. We'll list those. Benefits (Company Benefits): - Competitive Salary: Aligned with experience and market standards - Comprehensive Insurance: Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family - 401(k) Plan: Build your financial future with our retirement savings plan - Growth & Development: Access professional learning opportunities and career advancement support - Onsite Perks: Enjoy catered lunches, snacks, and a fully stocked kitchen - Team Bonding: Company-sponsored happy hours and social events to connect and unwind Pay: Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 Schedule: Office Location: Lower Manhattan, NY (4 days per week in the office) We could also note that it's 4 days per week in office. Now produce HTML. We need to wrap each section in

heading then content. For About the role: we can use

paragraphs. We'll combine the company description and role overview into maybe two paragraphs. Let's craft:
